The motor and gear housings of Bauer's Washdown drives are made entirely from stainless steel. Here as well, Bauer offers a harmonized modular series of bevel gears in Washdown design. Standardized stainless steel hollow shafts are available in several diameters as standard for each gear size. As usual, the gears can be combined with motors of different sizes and power ratings, and the gear motor combinations feature IP67/1P69K ingress protection as well as a variety of connection options.
